I checked in after midnight and she answered every message as I got confused with the code to enter the property. Definitely a place to go back to. The apartment has everything that any person could ask for. Also outside the apartment there's a coffee machine that makes all kind of coffee.”

”The location is beautiful, safe, and picturesque. Breakfast was delicious, with something slightly different each day, and it was delivered right to our chalet. I stayed for 4 nights with my two teenage kids, and they absolutely loved the cosy look and feel of the chalet. Since it’s a mountain area, the mornings and evenings can get quite chilly, and rain can come at any time. Thankfully, the electric heated mattresses kept us warm and comfortable. ”We had the most amazing stay at the Gosen House! Eduardo and Betty are the best hosts ever. It felt like we were staying with family. Just the nicest people and we loved talking with them and learning all about the farm and Costa Rica.The place is so beautiful - flowers and fruit in abundance. We also saw lovely birds all over the property. And they had the most precious dogs which added even more fun to the visit! We ordered the dinner and breakfast and everything was absolutely delicious....

”The hotel is nice and very clean. Breakfast was good with enough options. The room was maybe a little bit worn out (mainly the kitchen) but it didn't bother us. Super quiet. Part of the reception staff would maybe need an improvement in their attitude, a few of them were not very welcoming and it seemed that they were not very keen on resolving the customer's questions. After all many times the quality of the customer service is what makes the difference.”
