”They have thought of everything. The location is perfect right there by everything to if you want you can walk. Love the theme that’s is going on . So peaceful. The donut shop literally right across street came in handy to when dad was hungry and we weren’t ready he got a donut hold him over . I loved that they also recognize first responders here and in the whole town.When I come back I will stay here again. Btw loved the orange pot pans not sure how they knew that was my favorite color lol....

We were there visiting grandkids who are in the area and they would come over to visit and we all used the pool. Condo was very clean, bed was comfy and the communication was amazing. We stayed for a week and it was great. Would definitely stay here again! ”

”My husband and I celebrated our 30th here!! It is perfect for a couple whose wanting to relax in peace and quiet. The decks, dock, and hot tub were great every morning and night. The bed was comfy and we got a restful and comfortable nights sleep each night. The house has everything you need for daily living. The owners have thought of everything. Hot Springs is a beautiful town with a lot of character. The house was close to whatever we chose to do for the day. We will definitely be visiting...

”We wanted a relaxing trip for our anniversary and it was also my husband's birthday! The host was so kind and got a cookie cake for our anniversary and a bday balloon and had pop and fresh eggs in the fridge for us. We had a little difficulty figuring out which condo it was but we found it after figuring out the layout. Host was very responsive and it was perfect for us! Will be coming back! ”

”It was very relaxing sitting out on the patio enjoying the peaceful beauty of the lake..nice place to unwind. Property could use some updates, but it was functional for 2 people. Philip (owner) was accessible & responded to text messages in a timely manner which is reassuring if there is a problem:)”

”Stayed with my family over Easter weekend. We all enjoyed our stay at the house and in Hot Springs. We all felt comfortable and at home the whole weekend.”

”My extended family stayed here for a week and it was perfect. We put the kids downstairs with the game room and they had a blast. The other rooms were also very nice. The kitchen was well equipped and we made almost every meal there. It's pretty close to everything in hot springs as well. I would highly recommend. ”

”Booking and check in was very easy for this 2 bed/1 bath condo. Perfect spot for a small family or small friend group. Gated community right on Lake Hamilton with swimming, fishing and boating. The pull out couch was easy to set up. I do recommend bringing small fans for the bedrooms because the air didn’t circulate as well as in the living area. Nonetheless, it was still very comfortable.
