”Location was central, but the parking situation is abysmal. Was quite willing to pay for parking, but had such trouble trying to to set it up that the desk person waived the fee and said we could park in the employee lot, as we (2 senior women) did not care to walk over a block from their garage if we were out in the evening. Room was clean with no carpet and minimal drapery. However the toilet seat came completely undone. Housekeeping should check that while cleaning. Free breakfast buffet was...

”Slightly deceiving property. No mention of the empty building it faces, that it still smells like grandma’s cigarette smoke-filled house, and is not really that safe. Room door to the outside is not sealed at the bottom and you can see the light from the outside (about 1/4 in gap at bottom of the door). Nice idea in theory, but if you are going to do a refurbishment of an old motel, do it properly- especially when it is hard to find a good place to stay in Hot Springs. This was definitely done...
