”This place needs a good cleaning. Dust, dirt, and grime everywhere. I’m not high class by any means but when I sit down at a restaurant and my chair is dusty and the base boards have so much built up dust that it’s stuck on that’s disturbing. The handle on the hair dryer was sticky, and the light bulbs in our ceiling fan were burnt out. I would highly recommend another place to stay. Also the valet if highway robbery!”

”Had kids next door banging on my room door all night long playing. We caught them doin it and went reported it and all staff did was call and ask and they say it was the people next door which was an elderly couple. They did it all night long until the parents in the next rm came out and I gave them a piece of my mind and warned them if it was done again that the ending results wasn’t gone be nice. ”Staff was friendly & helpful. Rooms are older and need to be updated. The beds are firm, not very comfortable. Walls are thin, you can hear the other guest talking and running down the hallway as well as the traffic on the highway. I don't plan to stay in the future.”

”Very nice room. Desk clerk that checked us in was obviously having a bad day. lol. Very unfriendly and short. He was also sitting out front smoking when we left. Hotel was beautiful and loved the lake view though.”

”No in-room coffee. Was told that it was a corporate decision to cut costs. They did have 24 hour coffee available in the lobby. I guess if you want a coffee when you wake up, wear your Jamie's, walk down the hallway take the elevator walk to the lobby, then go back.”

”It was clean and all well but did have an awful odor after rainstorm in 213. AC took care of it … It’s very nice place not fancy but efficient and very clean . Ladies at desk were very nice and friendly. Close to Oaklawn across street. Breakfast was nice too. We stay there a lot every time in Hot Springs.”
