”Right across from Oaklawn. Felt very secure and good breakfast is included. We have stayed here several times for our annual trip to the horse races and this is the place we prefer. We'll be back next year!”

”Staff was nice. Room was clean. Beds were a little hard and there was a lot of noise pollution from the freeway. But other than that it was good. Just turn the fan on the AC and it drowns it out. Oh and the lamp by the bed had a short in it. So it would randomly flicker and turn off. So I just kept it off. ”

”Room was fine. Tv was small. Breakfast was disappointing. Outdoor Pool was not open due to cold weather. No hot tub. Overall it was an okay stay. Wish there was more amenities to make me enjoy ”

”Property was in average condition, walls are thin and you get what you pay for but the location worked out well for us! Access to a trailhead right into Hot Springs National Park is right behind the building. And it’s only a short drive to Bathhouse Row. If you’re staying for a short stint and looking only for a place to sleep - this is your place! ”

”We absolutely loved staying here!! The property, the rooms and the area are all amazing!! And the breakfast was absolutely delicious and the chef came out and talked to us and was so attentive! Very highly recommend staying here!!!”

”The property has aged and rooms are not great. The lobby is still incredible and we enjoyed bands, food, and the bar. I'm told they are refurbishing sections, so I hope rooms will be much better after that.”

”Perfect location to get to activities and restaurants. Was not impressed with cleanliness. Room was not swept when we checked in and husband had to wipe down the shower for me. Hotel was packed and the only pillows on the bed were small square throw pillows. ”
