”The location is prime. Parking wonderful. Space and amenities of the home were helpful. My only complaint is that the shower did not drain well so it quickly filled up the shower tray. After hiking and trying to rinse off the grime it was pretty gross to stand in the filth. I’m sure it’s an easy fix though! ”

”We stayed for the second time at Kerry and Guy’s wonderful condo in Mammoth the! This home is perfect for a couple - clean, comfortable king bed, an abundance of plush towels, fantastic water pressure in shower and a large soaking tub! Check in and communication is clear and easy to follow. We enjoyed being able to use the pool, hot tub and the laundry room (please note that the laundry room is now operated with a mobile app and no longer takes coins). Another great trip! ”

”Five night stay. Loved the comfortable king size bed. The kitchen provided everything we needed. The host was very responsive. The 2 1/2 flights of stairs were fine except when we schlepped things in and out. It was nice to have a garage, especially this time of year when pinecones are falling. It’s a quiet neighborhood but we could sometimes hear footsteps in the unit above us.Not a big deal. Easy access to all the many walking/biking trails in Mammoth. Walking distance to the Village.”

”My short summertime visit to Mammoth was made very comfortable in this condo. Although the weather was quite warm (87F) and there was no AC, the condo was nice and cool at night. The ceiling fans and the standing fan did a great job. Everything worked well. I was especially grateful for the ice maker!”
