”Stayed here for the 4th of July weekend and had a blast! Artur was responsive and helpful. The property is dog friendly as right out your front door you can walk some remote streets. The place was stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. As the listing states, the internet and cell phone connection is not strong, so the DVD collection was clutch! We’ll be back! ”

Truly got to relax away from the busy day-to-day life at home and feel comfortably off the grid. We could not have asked for better weather to enjoy the lake views, the hottub, and the kayaks!”

”After 3 nights in the Porcupine Wilderness the Bobcat Cabin was the perfect place to come back to. It was cozy and had everything we needed. Its simplicity and self-reliance makes it the perfect nature getaway. We were there when it rained and the hosts have made it the perfect spot to curl up with a book or take a midday nap. They were also very accommodating and responsive. We can’t wait to get back and explore more of the nearby trails. (If you stay here, heads up that VRBO links the address...

”Great house for a large family vacation up north on a lake. Everyone had their own space but under one roof. The kitchen was amazing and had all utensils we needed. Bring your own seasonings and sharp knives. Plenty of fridge and freezer space. Had a great time cruising the chain of lakes on our pontoon (not included in rental, we brought our own.)”

”Stayed at this lovely one room cabin for 2 weeks with my adult daughter and 2 dogs. Well appointed kitchenette, comfortable beds, a large TV and internet access - what more could you ask for? How about a charcoal grill and fire pit with seating. We loved it for the easy access to Hagerman Lake just across the border. Hagerman is great for boating, swimming and fishing.”

”Very clean and supplied with everything you need, including washer and dryer. We were able to rent a pontoon from the owner which was very convenient. I don’t know what more we could have asked for. We loved watching the squirrels and chipmunks eating from the bird feeder on the deck.”

”Very private setting and extremely quiet. On dead end road and very little traffic. The small lake is a gem, particularly because there are no motorboats. Access to hiking, including in the Sylvania Wilderness, is a real plus. For folks looking for a true northwoods getaway free from noise, traffic and crowds and surrounded by natural beauty, this place qualifies.”

”The worst thing that I could is that the bathroom was a bit small. But Seriously, who cares?! I was too busy enjoying the saltwater pool and hot tub. Not to mention the sauna, of course. I loved sitting outside in the morning enjoying my coffee and the great view. So relaxing and peaceful. Unfortunately, because of the rain I was not able to use the bikes or fire pit they had available. But I'll make sure to do so the next time! Thank you Pine Mountain!! Keep doing what you're doing!”
