The bed was comfortable, the host had the cabin warmed up and greeted us in a friendly manner and was happy to show us around their Alaska homestead. I would definitely recommend this spot as long as you don't mind some road noise”

”This is a cute little cabin. As with cabins, there is a certain smell, sap drippings while it cures and can hear everything between floors. It was great having two bathrooms, one on each floor however only one roll of toilet paper was provided for a week. There were plenty of towels with an extra closet full. Mattresses were older with lots of wear and tear on a metal frame, so not comfortable. Only a few extra blankets, but there is a heater that works great heating both floors. Washer and...

”Valdez is amazing. This home does have mountain views. From the picture shown, I thought it may be more secluded but it was in a neighborhood with homes next door and across the street. A nice neighborhood, nevertheless, but if you think you are going to be in the country, you won't be. The home was clean was what we needed..”
