”Overall, the experience was horrible. I booked for 2 nights but did not feel safe enough to stay for the 2nd and booked another hotel. Items that made this a very uncomfortable experience were the following.
I arrived later in the evening (around 10pm) and as I went up the stairs to the room, there was a dumpster overflowing with trash. The smell was horrible considering the amount of spoiled dairy products that were left out. The trash remained the next day with 100-degree heat continuing...

The apartment is so cute, well acquainted and has everything you need from washer/dryer to fridge/dishwasher and pretty much any appliances and kitchenware you need. The location is absolutely perfect for getting to Mass street and KU. Parking is great. The check in/out process is seamless. Great WiFi too!”
