”The staff were extremely nice, and they double check the cleanliness and status of your room after turnover by the cleaning staff. They made a large effort to have the room ready for an earlier check-in. The room itself was very clean (and the bathroom products smell great). The hotel is situated next to the international tennis hall of fame and is a short walk to downtown, or you can take a slightly longer stroll and head toward the cliff walk/mansions! ”

”Immaculate, very well appointed, the grounds were clean and manicured, information provided for all appliances,Very comfortable bed only suggestion: the stairs, which are wood, need to have trees put on them to avoid falls.”

”Affordable, fun, relaxing house. Indoor and outdoor things to do. Some pretty glass decor in the dining room, so I easily moved a few things to temporarily kid proof it. A/C in bedrooms, ceiling fans in almost every room. The hosts were very responsive and addressed our concerns exceptionally well.”

”Excellent location, peaceful porch swing, tidy home, nice shower. Everything we needed for a short stay to explore the area. Host was responsive and kind! Note the sofa bed for extra guest is a very typical sofa bed in terms of comfort. Living room has less privacy, does have blackout window curtains, one open door to kitchen, door between living room and bedroom is sliding style with gaps. Parking was easy. Would stay again!”

”I recently stayed here with my two daughters and their boyfriends. The weather might not have cooperated, but the house surely made up for that. The second you walk in the door, it is absolutely beautiful all the details a wonderful outdoor shower it felt like going home. And you could walk to the beach in about five minutes which was the best part and it had a beautiful deck and a lawn that all the kids got to stay up at night and play cornhole. Can’t wait to go back to this place, amazing...

”My wife and I had a great time at Lillypad. On the first night, we brought wine and a charcuterie board onboard and had a romantic evening. On the second day, we went into town and had a wonderful day. Both nights, the sunsets were gorgeous.”

”As others have said, it's near an intersection, gas station, and busy street, but it's still a great location. You can walk to Bowen's Warf in 20 minutes, there's a bike/walking path behind the house into town, or cut through the Common Burial Ground over to Spring Street.It's extremely clean and has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in the basement. It's older, with old appliances and nice wooden floors - definitely nothing fancy, but very Newport in its own way. Nice shower.My only...
