”The location was very convenient to the subway and the area felt safe. We had the whole upstairs which was perfect for our family of 6. I texted back and forth with the host and she answered almost immediately. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals on the trip. There was also a complimentary bottle of wine and bag of chips waiting for us on arrival which was incredibly thoughtful. All and all, a great stay.”

”Upon arriving the host contacted us to say the address we thought we were coming to was not the actual address and gave us a different location about a 1/2 mile away. When we arrived at that location the bed sheets had stains, a hole in the bottom sheet, and stained couch. We felt uncomfortable with the address change and condition of bedding, etc. Within 30 minutes we contacted VRBO to ask how to cancel and they said they would contact the host immediately to let him decide.
