”Check-in went great. We had the standard 1 bedroom room. Rooms are a bit dated, but clean and comfotable enough for a family of 3. Our first night at 4:30am the fire alarm directly above our bed started to beep every 30 seconds, like a home one does when the battery is running low. A hotel should have regular maintenance on their fire systems so this does not happen. This beep woke us and our toddler up. I called the front desk immediately who said they'd put an urgent request in to maintenance....

”The house was beautifully decorated, well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and perfectly located close to Wrigley Field and the local establishments. If available, I highly recommend upgrading to the garage option for parking, especially during Cubs home games. This worked out perfectly for us. Justin was very helpful and responsive to my questions. We would definitely stay here again.”

”we wanted a place that would comfortably accommodate us and our three adult children and their partners-each in separate rooms. This place fit the bill. The views of downtown Chicago are breath taking and the neighborhood is safe and walkable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a family wedding. Only feedback I would provide is additional seating accommodations would be helpful in the living area.”

”Cute little place with awesome views of the lake!!! All the amenities needed, very nicely decorated, and comfy beds! Personal parking spot a great plus! Some maintenance required though and a funny smell that was not pleasant to come back to. We had to buy a candle to drown out the smell and one family member with autoimmune health struggles had difficultly with this.”

”This property is huge for a city apartment. Our family of 5 (two parents, three kids) had plenty of space. The newly updated kitchen is very pretty. It is a short walk to many restaurants and Lincoln Park Zoo. The property manager was very responsive to my questions. We would definitely stay here again.”
