”We travel a lot and stay in many different places. This was by far one of the best. We felt very much at home. The home was not just beautiful but warm and welcoming. Our kids ages 29, 23, 17 & 11 all loved this trip but said over and over that out of everywhere we have ever stayed they liked this the best because it felt like home. This will be our pick to stay in every time we visit Victoria from now on.”

”Property was very clean. The mule rentals at first seemed little expensive but over the 2 nights we stayed the kids had a blast riding around the property on them and seeing all the different types of animals, so definitely worth it. Wouldn’t even been the same without them. Plenty of accessories to use inside the house, very good sized rooms and comfortable beds. ”WOW, what a place. Words cannot totally express how great this place is. The room, for family and friends is fantastic. You feel like you are on safari. Lots of exotic animals that parade right in front of the house everyday around 5 to 6pm. Kitchen is spacious and has a nice gas range and oven. ”We got this house for a weekend getaway for my son 8th birthday . It’s a perfect house for a staycation . We loved the pool, volleyball was perfect for our family all we did was play games over and over . Loved they provided propane for the bbq pit and wood for the fire pit. ”This spacious modernized historic home has a modern kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and a lovely backyard. It’s literally a block from downtown Gonzales. We didn’t use the pool because it’s March, but it looked very inviting. I highly recommend this place if you are coming to Gonzales.”
