”We have stayed in Blue Ridge several times before and like the area very much because we like to kayak and hike. This particular rental was absolutely the nicest place we have stayed. It was large, very clean, had everything you could want and was well located. I spent 2 evenings sitting by a fire in the fire ring outside with a fire, a glass of wine and a book! Heaven. Oh, and we could bring our dog. The yard was nice for her.”

”We have visited Helen several times and tried VRBOs and hotels throughout the city. This is BY FAR our favorite. You can easily walk anywhere on the strip, but it’s very tranquil on the cabin’s street. The cabin was exceptionally clean and cozy, and it was stocked with literally everything we could need. You can tell the owners really put a lot of thought into what their guests might need. Our favorite part was the beautiful back porch. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to family...

”Check in was fairly easy. The kitchen was acceptable and functional. I appreciated the necessary components to prepare meals. Newer cookware and bakeware would have been more useful but, I made do with what was there. I can imagine how hard it is to keep those items updated and in good condition though. ”My husband and I stayed the weekend to celebrate our anniversary. It was perfect for two (or four). Our favorite part of the house was the porch swing at night listening to nature without having to worry about getting bit by bugs. The jacuzzi was a nice feature. The house was very clean. We went shopping at the local Walmart to get some food which was not too far from the house (about 13-15min). ”

”The property was great, excellent location. Close and convenient to town whether walking or driving. Enjoyed our time outside, tubing down the river and stopping "at home" on the way down or just watching others flow by, played corn hole, had a fire and s'mores, cooked and dined outside, relaxed on the swing and read, watched TV outside, etc. We only had a couple of items that could be improved on. There was only one hair dryer that was on the wall in one of the bathrooms, none in the bathroom...

”We had an excellent time in this cabin! 5-8 minute drive to get downtown. Rooms were spacious and there were things in the cabin to keep us occupied (darts, pool table, hot tub, etc.). There were neighbors immediately to the left and a little further on the right so this is not a totally isolated cabin.
