”In one word AMAZING! We rented this property to gather our immediate family, adult children and grandchildren. We had a tragedy in our family as my oldest son was killed, this made our once close family, split apart. This property was so beautiful and such a happy place to be that my prayers were answered my family began the healing process. The location and the views one could not be unhappy. ”Nicole deserves a raise! She was helpful and informative with any of our inquiries. The unit could use a few more pans etc. for reheating the delicious Maine fried seafood! Bathroom could use a new shower curtain and grout! Would definitely stay here again!! ”

”The location is quite a walk from the pier, but it is directly on the ocean. The parking is horrible.The room was not very clean. I cleaned the air conditioner because it was pushing out dust,etc.We will never stay here again.”

”We Sandpiper Cottage. Everything was just perfect. Our hosts really thought of everything! Location was great, close to town and beach. It was the two of us and my pup. There’s even a dog park close by. We loved it and will definitely return!! ”

”Great stay overall! Approximately a 15 minute drive into the city in a quiet neighborhood. There were a few amenities in the room that were nice even if the kitchen wasn't available (a few plates/mugs, microwave, fridge). There was also complimentary snacks, candy, and water upon our arrival which was a nice touch. Do note that you will share the house with the host, but your room will have a separate lock.Great option for a cozy spot to rest after fun adventures in Portland! ”

”It’s was lovely! A very special and beautiful property! Wonderful to be able to walk to dinner and shops. Unfortunately, with only a one-night stay, the late check-in (4p) and early checkout (10a) felt a bit rushed. It would be best enjoyed with more nights, or a slightly later checkout. Still an excellent place.”

”This house was in a PRIME location. The views were gorgeous from everywhere in the house. We really enjoyed walking down to the beach and hanging out on the many porches. This house was even better than expected, two massive kitchens, plenty of bedrooms to spread out and so peaceful. You are also only a short drive away from the pier. We would definitely stay here again!”
