”Our hosts greeted us when we arrived and had a lovely gift basket for us. They explained everything we needed to know about the boat and the marina, so we felt welcome and comfortable. Our stay on the houseboat exceeded our expectations, in part because the hosts were so gracious. My granddaughters are already planning to come back and stay on this houseboat again! ”

”We all had a wonderful time, it is in a great location. Perfect place to relax! We had two older teen boys with us and even they had a great time! They lived in the kayaks, they fished from them and also from the dock. We all enjoyed the game room and yard games. The coffee bar was a nice little perk, especially on the chilly mornings. My husband and I took a bike ride around the neighborhood and everyone was so friendly. We would absolutely recommend the Lake Haus!”

”Beautiful property overlooking water. Stunning sunset. We enjoyed watching wildlife. For Walks on the beach bring appropriate shoes. Dock a bit wobbly. Clean home. Note three rooms are for three people. Beds not the most comfortable and make noise when moving! They had a full septic tank, we bought more paper towels, tp. and towels to stay comfortably. Kitchen can be small with more than two cooks. Not enough chairs to sit around table and eat together. We enjoyed the patio/deck area for meals....

”Incredible sunsets! We were really able to unplug from life and enjoy. We biked, hiked, kayaked and went to Washington island and a couple of state parks. Cannot beat this location! We don’t like the tourist trap vibe of fish creek. Sisters Bay was enough and close by. Feel so lucky to have found this place!”

”This was really a hidden gem - cutest little cottage. Very private, tucked off the main road. They packed everything you could want or need into this cottage. Loved the kitchen/living room area. The bedroom is great, but as the pictures show, there's no privacy between the two beds.
