”We loved the house and definitely will be requesting again when we go back out to Merced. Everything was close by. The beds were comfortable, loved that we had a washer and dryer to use, and we cooked breakfast everyday. Due to the circumstances of being in Merced, it allowed the whole family to be able to gather and be together. Great place!”

”My wife, my son and I stayed at the cottage during our recent Yosemite trip. It was lovely. The property is so peaceful. It's little bit of a drive from Mariposa (took us 15 minutes) but was worth it for the privacy and wonderful views. The property had lots of little touches we appreciated. The hosts were amazing and communicated proactively before and through the stay.”

”The retreat was very nice spacious and very well equipped for our stay. It took us about 1 1/4 to get to Yosemite valley and 1hour to Mariposa grove. The house was a little more remotely located than we expected. However we did enjoy the town of Mariposa 15 min away. Nice dining options and a good grocery. ”

”Beautiful home ,great views. Very spacious and bonus room with pool table a plus. Everything you need for the perfect getaway. Place is well decorated and cozy. Had a great time. Pics online limited and can be deceiving, cabin is huge and nice ,had a great time.”

We loved staying in a place that provided privacy, and easy accessibility to get to the park or Mariposa. They do a great job of keeping the bugs to a minimum! The host was great at communication. We would recommend this rental to others and would use it again on a return visit. ”

”Our family of 11 from 3 to 70 had a great time! The house was great for us and Megan was very responsive! Easy access to the house and the lake/beach was wonderful! Kids loved the pool table/play room, but didn’t want to sleep downstairs by themselves so if you’re planning to have young kids in the one bedroom downstairs they may not want to be there by themselves. All other bedrooms are upstairs (worked out for us, just an FYI). Kitchen has everything you need! One of the best equipped kitchens...

”Peaceful, well equipped cabin. Comfortable sofa, beds and chill out in general. Great for wildlife and driving into yosemite (Great Oak gate and Tioga pass) The decor and equip is a little dated but all works well and is a true home from home. Air con was great as was car port.”
