”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cabin. It is everything advertised: clean, comfortable bed, hot water and good water pressure! The hot tub is a plus after a day of golf or hiking in the mountains. My husband enjoyed the the Grassy Creek Golf course - only about 30 minutes down the mountain. While the Blue Ridge Parkway is very close, much of it is still closed due to Hurricane Helene so we were unable to access many of the suggested sights. However, we found Pisgah National Forest...

”A bit dated but perfect for our outdoor activities. 30 minutes to multiple hikes. 20 minutes to gourmet restaurants. 20 to 45 minutes to shopping a the movie theater. The best of both.”

”I will start with my only negative on this home. The driveway is very small. We had our Ram truck and it fit under the covered parking area. But a bigger vehicle might not fit. That's it. Everything else was so good. The house had multiple reminder notes around it. Which I find very helpful. The kids and I loved every well placed detail. The toy closet was a huge hit. We're hoping to book this home again in the future. ”

”Fantastic trip! Stayed 2 nights and wished we could stay longer! The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The property was wooded and so quiet. We didn't expect to wake up to snow and feel like temp of 7 degrees, but the cabin was warm, cozy, and dry. Will definitely recommend to others and will be back! Thanks for the memories Bear Cabin!”

Decorated in a welcoming mountain style with lots of bear accents, it had everything we needed. My husband and I had a relaxing visit and plan to return.
