”The person at check in was so warm and friendly! Our cabin was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the views and the horses were an added bonus! If you’re planning a trip I strongly recommend here! Don’t worry about the temperature, the gas fireplace about ran us out (you can turn it on and off). Plan on staying here again! ”

”What an incredible place to stay while you explore eastern Tennessee! This cozy cabin is tucked away in the woods where you have all the solitude and peace you could want. The cabin was easy to locate, clean, and well stocked. It was incredibly pet friendly- my dog had the best time exploring the yard. It was an easy drive to explore Roan Mountain, Johnson City, and even Smoky Mountains National Park. The host was so kind and responsive to all of my questions. I will absolutely be back again for...

”Well what to say! As a Naturalist and Zoologist I was excited from the booking and the VRBO was everything and more! Between an incredible host to a cabin that was spotless and comfortable, I never wanted to leave! We saw Otters every morning come down the rapids and then the highpoint was a Beaver and juvenile right off the cabin! I work with one and it was just perfect. I could go on and on but I know we will back! The area, the beauty and none for miles! It was priceless!”

”We stayed here for a family get-together for a week and everyone had a super time. The location was convenient to places we wanted to go and the house was just as it was pictured. We loved the pool table and ping pong -even had a tournament with fabulous prizes!!Brooke and Red were also quick to reply when I had any questions.”

”Cabin was nice , the ac was ice cold . Lake was a short walk. Swimming beach is 10 minutes down the road. My wife and daughter misplaced some swimsuits, the owner messaged me and made them available for me, I would definitely recommend. ”

”Beautiful home, kitchen set up a little bit confusing, and not necessarily efficient use of space, plenty of bedroom and bathroom space for the seven of us that one of the bedrooms with the Murphy bed a bit small, particularly for somebody who has some mobility challenges, toilet tissue, not well stockedThe outdoor space was beautiful as well that we couldn't use it because of the weather and because it really needed some outdoor landscaping maintenance must be beautiful went well taken care of....

”Had a fantastic stay. Sat on the deck with morning coffee, afternoon chill time, and sunset watching. Sounds of the river made me happy. There were also road sounds, but I didn’t mind. Cabin was clean with more outlets than I needed! ”
