”We had a great stay. The owners were very nice. Unfortunately, they said they received no notification we were coming from VRBO and had to clean up after we arrived. Had the run of the place though and we're able to pick and eat many fresh peaches, apples, and pears. We loved our stay in this quaint, cute little Casita!”

”Clean and simple place for a family to stay. We stayed here during a road trip with our three very young children. The home is mostly child proof. There were a few breakable items that we had to keep an eye on to make sure our toddlers didn't get into (cups and bowls for example). It was a perfect pit stop for us and was easy to check in. Could not have been much better.”

”We loved this property. The quiet neighborhood was a nice landing place at the end of our days. Perfect location to travel to Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP, Ouray, and Telluride. Montrose is a great city with nice coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!”

”This was one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. Truly spotless. My entire family was impressed with it. The separations of bedrooms was great. Walking around the pond was a pleasure in the evenings. Contacting the owner was perfect in every way. The game room was a MAJOR hit with the kids and the adults. Close to Gunnison, Ouray (Box Canyon), and Last Dollar Road were key in our selection. This getaway is perfection plus!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”

”The occasion we came together for was a somber one as we were there for my mother’s memorial service but this place provided a comfortable and perfectly located place with so much space. It gave us a place to come Together as family and spend quality time together and create lifelong memories with family we do not get to see very often because we live so far apart. Thank you for giving a place to grieve yet embrace one another. It was perfect for what we needed.”

”The Railroad Retreat was perfect for us. Comfy beds and every amenity you could want in a B&B. The clean, modern design and interior spaces are stunning. The best of the package are the hosts! Julie and Marc are warm, welcoming and so easy to communicate with. We got the local lowdown on what to do and where to eat in beautiful Paonia. We'll be back for sure.”

”Great location, clean, beautiful gardens. We were there during a bit of a heat wave and the house only has one swamp cooler in the main room so it was a bit hot… Some fans would be nice. It would also be nice to have a more opaque privacy screen for the second full bed since we were there with friends. But overall a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay again.”
