”This is a remote place to stay, small, quiet, old and charming. It’s really only suitable for a couple maybe with children. The owner was there to meet us. He was thorough in acquainting us with the place and its amenities. We loved it. A real step back in time. ”

”The property was a comfortable transition from a regular hotel room. We enjoyed the outdoor patios and used the kitchen for breakfast 2 days and the washing machine several times. The only issue was the third floor stairs after a steady hill climb- for those with mobility issues- this property would be impossible. We hope to return next year. ”

”La Ligurie est une région extraordinaire, la Spezia et le parc naturel des cinq terres sont de vrais petits bijoux. Lidia nous a permis de passer un séjour très agréable, elle nous a donné plein de renseignements en français ce qui nous a beaucoup facilité les choses. L’appartement de Lidia était idéalement situé près de tous : la gare, le centre, les commerces, les bonnes pizzerias. Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve, ne se déplaçant que par train, bus pour découvrir Pise, les cinq villages...

”I came to stay by the sea near Genova, where my mother was from. I needed a total break from work, life etc in Melbourne Australia. I booked this place as it ticked all boxes. 2 minute walk to beach, small but comfortable apartment, easy to clean, fully equipped , spectacular views, walking access to great hikes, train ride to Genova . ”This is a beautiful house with the most spectacular view down the valley! Kids and adults loved the pool, either jumping in repeatedly or relaxing on the sun loungers. The house itself is huge, well equipped and a cool escape when the temperature rose. The location of the house is on a road but that didn’t bother us. We had a hire car which we felt was essential ( although there was a small bus that regularly went past the house) it was a short drive to the nearest village (you can’t walk...

”We were traveling as a family with three young adults and two grandparents - and this was a fantastic find! The bus is a bit expensive (5 Euros per person/trip) but if you don’t have a car, well worth it. We had two cars and had to search for parking for the second, but I think we just missed that info. The house is gorgeous and totally unique and we had everything we needed. Lots of hikers to Portofino (and it was the off season!) passing by, but I would take the trails instead of the road if...

”Wir hatten einige wunderbare Tage in einem stilvollen Haus mitten in einem freundlichen kleinen Ort voller netter Leute. Das Haus ist sehr groß, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet und schöner, als auf den Fotos. Die Vermieterin und ihre Schwester waren ausgesprochen hilfsbereit, entgegenkommend und hießen uns vor Ort herzlich willkommen. Noch etwas Wichtiges : sehr gute Betten, alles funktionierte perfekt.”

”Wir kamen ein wenig früher an und haben Demy angerufen. Sie war da und hat uns herzlich in Empfang genommen. Das Haus war besser als auf der HomePage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, kein unangenehmer Geruch im Haus, alles sehr sauber! Das einzige Manko, es gibt einige Hunde die am bellen sind.”
