”I can't say enough about the peace and quiet i experienced this week. The cabin is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It has been a while since i got such a great night sleep. The shops in Meadows of Dan were quaint and had some neat stuff. If you don't want to drive at night take food with you. ”The three of us (all age 66) had an excellent stay. We spent most of our time there on the deck enjoying the view -- even on cloudy/rainy days. Beds/bedrooms were comfortable. Everything was clean. The inside living area was also comfortable. My sister cooked a nice meal and found the kitchen served her needs just fine. One night we enjoyed the comfortable living room while watching a movie on the big TV. Not too far away (driving) are some nice walking trails. Pilot Mountain State park is...
