”Beautiful property, a nice gym and pool, the food was delicious and such an amazing spread on the buffet, and the staff were all top notch!! I recommend staying here, and there’s plenty of English if that’s your first language ”

”We loved this hotel. It had a rooftop bar and pool with a great view, and in addition it had a pool at ground level which was great for relaxation. Our room was really nice and the staff was really friendly. The area was also nice, with both local and international food options. There was a shopping mall right by the hotel which was great for buying groceries and get a local coffee, and the hotel was right by the lake, so it was a beautiful walk into town. The only thing that was not 100% was...

”Arrival was convenient, although you can't access the elevator from the garage unless you already have a room key. The room was spacious and the view of Hanoi was gorgeous from the large windows in the room. Food options were convenient by foot from the location.the room was quite comfortable and clean but the building, in general, could use maintenance. Chipped paint on the walls and malfunctioning buttons for the elevator were small annoyances. The staff was top notch. ”

”施設は快適です。日本人の駐在員が多く住んでいるため、朝食のレストランは日本にいるみたいです。朝食にはご飯、味噌汁、納豆も用意されていました。 外国人が多く住むエリアですが、レジデンス周辺はローカルも多く、人通りもまばらで、夜に出歩くのは少し不安があります。 ハノイ市街よりは静かなのでゆっくりするには最適です。ハノイ市街には車で15〜20分は掛かります。”

”너무 좋았어요~ 저희가 아이 체크를 어떻게 하는지 잘 몰라서 실수가 있었는데 너그러히 이해해주시고 정말 감사했습니다. 추운 날씨에도 아이가 수영장에 가고싶다해서 갔는데 문도 열어주시고 여러가지 배려가 너무 감사했습니다. 근처에 식당 및 마사지샵도 가깝고 너무너무 만족하는 여행이었습니다.”
