”My husband and I were looking for a quiet get away. No Children and no WiFi....It was exactly what we needed! We loved the location! So remote but still close enough to town if you wanted some civilization. The cabin was clean and not only did we appreciate the attention to detail with all of the light fixtures but the artwork, deer heads and massive working fireplace were all just icing on the cake. The mattress was very comfortable and the hot tub in the evening was amazing. Loved the quaint...

It has everything you need, great cookware, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Dee was wonderful, very accommodating, and responded very quickly if we had any questions. The outside property was also perfect for us and our dogs, so relaxing sitting by the river with a glass of wine or taking the dogs for a walk down the road along the river. The home was set up perfect to accommodate our larger dogs...

”We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin was in a great location and truly had all of the comforts of home. The beds were super comfortable, the hot tub was perfect and there were so many books, games and movies for all to enjoy! Our hosts provided everything we could've possibly needed or wanted. ”This was our second year at the River Estate at Toccoa and we had another amazing stay. This place is perfect for grandparents, children, spouses, and grandkids to get away. There’s plenty of room. The heated hot tub pool and sauna were perfect when the weather was a bit chilly. The house was well stocked. Having two refrigerators upstairs in the kitchen was a nice addition and helpful for those doing meal prep. There are lot of local hikes and if course there is the river for tubing. We can’t...
