”I actually was not able to stay as the Check-in experience was extremely horric. No person on the premises. Code for the apartment was never sent to me. It took phoning several times with 2 different phone numbers to finally reachable person who then insisted that we Text our conversation. They sent a Code which did not work and also charged me a fee which had been previously charged when the ENTIRE payment was charged to my card a month earlier. After going round & round with the customer...

”The place had lots of spiders and the restrooms filled with bugs and spider webs/spiders. The main shower in the primary room had dead bugs. The toilet paper had dust on it. Overalls the place needs proper cleaning and pest control to stop by. The owner messaged me saying that cleaners were gonna stop by and nobody did. There is a $140 cleaning fee which i normally do not mind. However it does not make sense to have a cleaning fee when the place isn't clean in the first place for us as guests.”
