”First, I'm not sure if this is the property manager's fault or website's fault, but this is not even a hotel or apartment-like/suite hotel while being marketed as one (you can find this property when hotel filter is on).
Pros: The building itself is new. All home appliances are new and fully functional and appear to be clean. The room itself is relatively clean as well. The room also has full set of cookware, plates, etc.
Cons: (1) As mentioned above, this is not a hotel and management does not...

”An older building but freshly renovated and very clean. The room was large and appropriately furnished. Downstairs was a corner store, coffee shop and sushi restaurant, as well as pay parking across the street.
The only negative at all would be that the building has little sound proofing to the outside, so when groups congregated outside of the stores downstairs, you could hear nearly every work.

”Our appartment was spacious and beautiful and in a great location close to grocery shop (metro), gym, pharmacy and train station. We had a full kitchen. The city of Quebec scheduled a light shutdown so we did not have a light for one day. Our code did not work. But after calling a loft services we got the keys :). The stay was wonderful.”
