The stay exceeded my expectations!
The room was exactly as photographed and advertised, the room was spotless, very quiet, the bed was comfortable with high quality sheets and towels, lovely soaps and lotions in the shower and at the sink, and there were dishes and utensils available which was a lovely surprise.
Great location and a short walk to many attractions in Old Quebec, as well coffee shops around the corner.
Will definitely stay again when the occasion presents itself!

Excellent hotel with top amenities. Staff wa courteous and helpful. The only negative is you have to take two elevators to and from the rooms. Location is great. The restaurant downstairs is top notch.

"Parking in the basement is very tight. Offloading the car was difficult, and there’s no space in the main entrance for parking or unloading. There’s also no water fountain to fill drinking water, which isn’t very customer-friendly."
