Quezon – Loma-asunnot

”The rental has enough rooms, but it is not well maintained. Bathroom and kitchen areas are moldy and not clean. It was advertised with hot water shower, but it only had the hot water on the first night and none after that. The car garage area has bags of cat litter stored. For the area it will be hard to look for another accommodation for such a short notice so I just lived through it for the 3 nights that I planned to be in the area. But this place needs a lot of cleaning.”

”The room was perfect, the staff are courteous and nice. Food is really great, and for those who simply want to chill, its a great place”

”We do enjoyed the stay…. We like the activities like fishing, kayaking and Swimming The place was relaxing, feeling the nature is the best, maybe more activities to add on. The staff are very nice too. Thank you”

”Helpful, accommodating, kind and couteous staff. Affordable ammenities and commodities. Well equipped and comfortable cabins with complete kitchen, bath and shower and overlooking lakeview. Only downside is the ants which is un controllable but they gave inseticide for prevention. Very peaceful and breathaking views of Lumot Lake. Highly recommended for people if they want to experience lakehouse life ”

”Cheap”

This resort is focused on longevity and wellness which is reflected in the menu at the restaurant. The services they provide are top notch, but you will pay for that high quality. Overall our long weekend away from the busses of the city was amazing and we all look forward to returning again.”

”The efficiency had dated furniture. Screws missing from chairs and an uncomfortable bed with old internal springs. Otherwise it had everything else we needed. We were bery greatful to get a quick responce and turn around on clean linens.”

”Property is old, dark and gloomy. Very inconvenient to get to, even to just load or unload. There is no parking at or near. Host is non responsive. We decided not to stay and left. ”

”The property was very well maintained. Great communication with the host. We found a very friendly tricycle driver that was readily available at a drop of a text. Alfa mart is just a 1 minute or less walk if you need something. Minor details, need a few more towels and sharper knives. But all in all we made due. Air conditioning worked great. All in all this is a great place to call home for as long as you are visiting. I wish i could give more stars for the communication. Host was very...
