”The property is very dated. It looks much nicer in the photos. The staff was helpful when asked to address a concern such as a broken pull out bed, not enough towels and a garbage disposal that did not work. We had to take early morning showers and the hot water took forever to reach the shower head. The hvac units were very loud. I also think one of the elevators was not working. Overall we had a good stay but disappointed.”

”We really enjoyed the location. We could walk to the Grainary Coffee and Bakery Shop. The Hayden Museum was also within walking distance. We would walk aroun town after dinner when it was cooler. Love the small town locals and friendliness. Lots of history. Craig and Steamboat Springs are a short distance away. Since it was hot out, the AC in the rental was wonderful!”

”Check in was easy, location of apartment was good. A few major things need serious updating to be a 5 star. Paint was very rundown- especially in the bathroom- bathroom ceiling needs a deep cleaning. To be honest, this was more of a 3.5 stars. Bed/mattress and sheets were very concerning. Polyester sheets made sleeping extremely hot, mattress was the worst I’ve slept on in memory. So soft that me and my partner basically sank into a hole in the middle every night. ”We had a wonderful stay here! The place was easy to get to and nice and cozy! After a little walk we were on the slopes! You can also see the hot tubs from the window so you know the perfect time to go. The first night we made the bedroom a little too hot but once we turned the thermostat down it cooled off quickly. Would definitely stay here again! ”

It is not on the free bus loop ( it is on one you have to call and ends at 6 pm) so we had to drive into town and then get bus to gondola square. Next.
