Summary:
Welcome to our two bedroom, two bathroom luxury penthouse condo located in the heart of downtown Steamboat Springs!

Find yourself steps away from endless adventure, including premier dining, one-of-a-kind shopping, the Yampa River and Core Trail, Emerald Mt, and the seasonal Farmer's Market.

This fully loaded luxury two bedroom condo offers everything that you need for a comfortable experience, including linens, coffee, shower consumables, and more.

The Space:
Upon entering the space, you will be immediately greeted by the beautiful views of the mountain landscape and an spacious sanctuary to call home during your stay.

Offering a full size kitchen with state of the art appliances, you are provided with all of the basic kitchen equipment that you need to prepare meals during your stay. The dining room seats six guests with three additional seats at the bar.

Turn on the fireplace, watch your favorite TV show, this space is a perfect place to relax when you aren't out adventuring around town.

The primary bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and private ensuite. Step into the steam shower or take a soak in the large tub, relax and enjoy. This bedroom offers gorgeous views of downtown Steamboat Springs with an oversize window.

The secondary bedroom is also equipped with a king size bed with a flatscreen TV. There is plenty of storage space to unpack and make yourself comfortable. This room is not equipped with a window, so it's perfect for sleeping in on those bright blue-bird mornings.

The private, east-facing balcony overlooks Main Street and allows you to sit back and watch all of the action from above. It is shaded from the summer afternoon sun and takes in views from Sleeping Giant to Mt Werner.

One heated reserved parking spot is designated for your stay, so you will never have to worry about finding parking.

During the Ski Season, this condo provides access to the exclusive Gondola Ski Club ski locker at Gondola Square so you don't have to worry about hauling your heavy equipment around.

There is NO ac in this condo, however fans are provided.

primary bedroom bed was the worst with broken down mattress, was otherwise fine. mattress in other bedroom was fine ,. but that bedroom became hot and stuffy at night. otherwise the condo was just fine. the mattress that was bad was the worst I have ever felt, ever. Don't see how it could be in such a nice property otherwise. still upsets me

The property was perfect for our visit to Steamboat for a wedding. The location could not have been better, allowing us to walk to downtown restaurants and bars, the rodeo, the farmers’ market and an art in the park event. The condo was very clean and well-furnished, and had all the amenities we would expect.

My mom and I had an amazing stay in Steamboat Springs! The property management went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests and make sure we were taken care of. The property was immaculate, the location superb, the instructions clear, and for two females, we felt super safe and comfortable. Can't recommend them enough!

Wonderful location

Great location and well appointed condo for a ski trip. Walking distance to all downtown restaurants and shopping and a quick free shuttle just out the front door to the mountain. Amenities included coffee and all of the utensils for a night in.

Beautiful condo, great location downtown

We really enjoyed being in the heart of Steamboat Springs downtown. We walked everywhere and loved visiting all of the shops and restaurants. It was a great perk having the parking garage spot as well as the shuttles available. The condo itself was very nicely updated, decorated, spacious, clean, and well thought out with the layout, fixtures, furniture, and amenities provided. The fancy toilet, tub, steam shower, heated floors, and dimmable lights all over were a nice bonus. It was quiet and peaceful. Just what we were looking for. We will definitely return and book here again. Thank you!

Steamboat Style

This Penthouse is so lovely. Perfect location to everything downtown. Beautifully renovated with nice luxuries like a coffee/tea bar with cosori kettle, toto washlets, steam shower in the main bedroom, extra refridgeration drawers in cabinets, extra large tv, ambient lighting controls. Beds are comfortable and rooms are quiet. Management communicated very well. We would definitely like to stay again.

Luxurious Stay in Steamboat

This condo is hands down one of the best places to stay in downtown steamboat. Centrally located with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the city bus to get up to the mountain for snowboarding. The condo itself was well maintained, beautiful, and even better than the photos. Thank you for such a wonderfully easy and awesome stay.
