”Excellent service, very clean, updated and affordable. Though some may be turned off by the mobile home park next door, it was a great alternative to the in Steamboat over the Holidays. ”Steve is a great host! Been to steamboat many times, and this location is amazing! Right on the river, walkable to all downtown areas, shops, restaurants, and bars. Place was plenty big enough for 6 adults and little ones. Patio bigger than I thought too! Steve was fast to respond to all questions. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a good location! ”
