”There was just enough parking, the instructions on how to enter the property was simple & accurate. The room was perfect for an overnight stop, bed clothing was fresh & clean. The shower was on the small size (I’m Big) other than that great.”

”Clean room, lovely staff, great location for getting to Download festival. Really good value for money.
A few things to note - the reception is located in a different area of the campus to the accommodation. For the reception you want to navigate to the South entrance on Landcroft Lane and then take the first left.
The room itself was good although it was quite warm in the summer & the pillows were thin so I’d recommend bringing some additional pillows with you. There is a large carpark by...

”Excellent size with clean and spacious rooms and bathroom. It was initially tricky to call the host on our International SIM card, but one we connected through WhatsApp he was very responsive. The yard had wonderfully scented flowers and the washer was much needed at this point in our trip. If we are back in the area, we will absolutely stay again!”
