”Super cute, modern condo in the perfect downtown Salida downtown. The condo was great for my daughter and I. It is right next to the Boat House restaurant and walkable to everything which is what we were after. We only stayed one night but it seemed to be well equipped. There was a little noise from people outside in the evening which may be an issue for some so this might not be the right location for everyone. I appreciated the updated styling of the room and it was nice and bright. ”

”Jim’s property is the perfect place to stay in Lake City. We were only 3 people but this would be a great spot for a family gathering. I grew up in a historical part of CT so this home took me back to my childhood surroundings. We rode motorcycles there and Jim offered to bring over 3 pieces of wood for our kickstands to park in the wet gravel. He really went above and beyond and was a great host! Plenty of coffee and things to cook with if that’s important to you!”

”We rented this as the groomsmen’s house for our daughter’s wedding at Howard Creek Farm. It was the perfect choice. The location is great, close to the venue and importantly, right on the river. The guys caught a crazy number of fish on each trip into the river. The house was clean, comfortable, a nice home. The guys had a great time. Lora and Mary communicate very well and are very kind. We could not have asked for anything more.”
