”We were just passing through and this was an economical option for somewhere to sleep. The office closes at 10pm and we needed to call to get checked in. All rooms are on one level. There was breakfast from 7-9am, which had waffles, eggs and sausage and a few other options (oatmeal, 2 kinds of cereal and some bread).”

”The room was comfortable and clean. Bed comfort was average to below average. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool area was wonderful. Breakfast was OK. This hotel seems overpriced for the quality, but must consider the location and tourism this time of year.”

”It was loud we got one downstairs their best room( larger suite) just to catch the next morning flight from Gunnison airport. Well renoviert and looked very clean .Best pillows and bedding we had in enitite trip to Vail and Aspen. Breakfast was much better than expected with scrambled eggs and what you needed.”

”Well my basic experience anymore with motels is the owners are slumlords. They do the minimum to keep the places up. Makes you worry about basic cleanliness of the room..”

”Area was quiet and safe. Bed was comfortable. Staff was not very friendly. It was a bit run down and decor was very out dated. Lots of towels provided, but they were very thin. Price was a bit high for a motel. ”

”The place is in a lovely location and the management was friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, the property is pretty run down and the cleanliness on check in was lacking. Just a little more upkeep and this would be an excellent rental. FYI, the location is quite remote. The closest gas station, grocery, and restaurant are 20 miles away. Come prepared:)”

”Entry to the room meant walking thru a wide 1/2 grass 1/2 mud backyard in the dark due to our 8 pm arrival! This meant of course, carrying a large suitcase rather than being able to use the wheels. For this reason, I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it ”
