Ei imuroitu ollenkaan, ei vaihdettu joka päivä laseja, eikä tuotu kuin kerran vettä. Ravintola desiree oli tosi hyvä, aamiainen loistava ja lounaat myös. Hotellin koristelu hieno, mutta palvelu asenteessa parantamisen varaa sekä respassa, että jazz baarissa."

"This is a pretty good hotel in a great location. A few small things bothered me, though. First, I was supposed to receive a $20 voucher and a bottle of water delivered to my room the next day, as I’m a long-time Hotels.com user. However, the front desk completely ignored this, and only on the last day—when I brought it up—did they acknowledge that I was entitled to them. I was also a bit bothered by how serious the front desk staff seemed. The hotel itself is in a great location. It’s about a 15-minute walk and you’re in the French Quarter. The hotel has a good restaurant with good food."
