”UPON ARRIVAL YOU SEE A SIGN THAT SAYS PRIVATE RD. SO I TURNED AROUND AND LEFT. BACKED TRACKED AND LOOKED ELSEWHERE. AFTER 30 MINUTES OF GOING DOWN OTHER ROADS, I WENT BACK AND WENT BACK TO PRIVATE RD AND WENT PASSED SIGN. THEN I SEEN ANOTHER SIGN WITH THE ADDRESS AND IT WAS NOT VERY BIG. COULD NOT SEE IT FROM THE SIGN THAT SAID PRIVATE. NORMALY WHEN YOU SEE A SIGN THAT SAYS PRIVATE RD. YOU DON'T GO PAST IT. I SUGGEST A SIGN THAT SAYS HICKORY HIDEOUT.”

”The house was very nice, and clean. It is in the newer part of Fort Smith and quite peaceful. We had a small problem with the security “beeping” (due to an earlier power outage) when we first arrived, but when I made the issue known, Adeel had it handled promptly. Was easy to communicate with her. Good experience!”

”We had an incredible stay at this cabin. The cabin was immaculately clean, beautifully built, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. After a long day on the trails, the hot tub was the perfect way to relax. The location couldn’t be better—just minutes from Trail 3 at Wolf Pen Gap. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort and convenience while exploring the trails!”

”I enjoyed the environment. It was safe and quiet. The property was also in great condition. There were places to eat in the nearby town, as well as a couple of grocery stores to choose from, and a dollar store. Even though these places were available, the actual location of the cabin still gave a feeling of being out in the country.”

”Beautiful veiw ,great room, beds were amazing. Only one thing that i saw it could do with was skid prevention on bottom of tub. It was real slick and there where no grab bars. Thats it everything else was great. The staff was amazing. Would highly recommend. ”

”A lovely property off the beaten path. It is so relaxing and peaceful here. Clean, comfy, and has air conditioning. (Which is a must for me!) Comfortable bed and bedding. Clean and soft towels. Very little light pollution around so beautiful viewing of the stars. My husband and I also loved the covered porch/ patio. Including the area that is closed in, keeping bugs away! They have logs for the fire-pit and was a great place to relax and a quiet place for nice conversation. ”
