”For a holiday this property is in a prime location, walkable and buses on the doorstep (buses in Malta are the best). The newly renovated building has been designed tastefully, a welcome retreat after a busy day sightseeing or at the beach. There is a communal roof terrace which is a proper chillout area, a place to unwind and enjoy the view across rooftops. Definitely recommend. Book early as limited rooms. ”

”Excellent place, bright, clean, hot water. Had to contact the manager Pedro about a peep peep sound after a brief power outage. He replied Immediately and told me what to do. Quiet area, close to Merchants Street. Highly recommend this place.”

”Lovely apartment. Very central. Clean and bright. Excellent tv and shower facilities. Nice beds. Kitchen good. The oven didn’t work when we arrived but it was dealt with very quickly and with great customer service….they replaced the oven with a new one very quickly and with a smile. Very very impressive. As a tourist, I know that sometimes things can break. But it’s the way that it is dealt with that matters. And the broken oven was dealt with so well I was very very happy. ”

We had an amazing stay, location was close to the main bus station too like 10 mins walk, next to the Main Street, roughly 5 mins walk. ”The hotel is very pretty and has nice decoration and location but the rest was awful. Wifi didn´t work and the mattress and pillows were hard. The worst part was the customer service: as we checked in, the young Italian woman working in the reception had problems with and made comments about our nationality (?!) and the way we had booked the room (through hotels.com) as the hotel gets the money from booking sites months late. Why are they advertising their hotel on several booking sites then...

”I checked in quite late due to the ferry schedule. The unit is less than 10 minutes from the ferry port. accessing the building was not difficult although as a short person I struggled to reach the keypad without having to step onto the first step at the doorway. I had a small carry on luggage and had to climb a somewhat narrow spiral staircase to the third floor with it. The keypad on the door handle was really frustrating to use because you had to turn the handle just enough to trigger it to...
