”The hotel is very pretty and has nice decoration and location but the rest was awful. Wifi didn´t work and the mattress and pillows were hard. The worst part was the customer service: as we checked in, the young Italian woman working in the reception had problems with and made comments about our nationality (?!) and the way we had booked the room (through hotels.com) as the hotel gets the money from booking sites months late. Why are they advertising their hotel on several booking sites then...

”Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist super, sowohl Bushaltestellen als auch Fährverbindungen fußläufig vorhanden, auch kleine Supermärkte und Restaurants in direkter Nähe. Das Apartment liegt unweit des Hafens in einem Wohngebiet, Sehenswürdigkeiten sind angrenzend ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. While the outside of the building is not very attractive, the apartment itself was surprisingly nice — very clean, tidy, and well equipped. The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, and Malta’s National Aquarium. Communication with the host was great via Expedia’s message portal. ”Amazing location right next to Sliema Ferry station with a breathtaking view of Valletta. The apartment was well-equipped, modern, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. We got access to an outdoor pool at Manta Beach Club just across the street, which was also quite nice, even though we could not use it due to the weather. I would definitely recommend this place and would return any time.”

”The apartment was divided into two spaces on separate floors. The 2nd floor space was a bedroom and bath, it was very moldy smelling with no windows. My daughter slept on the sofa in our space because it was so musty. There was a fan that just blew the musty air around. The apartment is in a great location.”
