”This place is amazing! I came for only one night but will definitely be back for an extended stay as the rooms provide many more amenities than a traditional hotel room. The property is extremely clean, quiet and so retro cool maintaining a lot of the original 1950’s vintage feel of the original motel. ”

”This was a wonderful place to stay. It would have been better to be able to park and use amenities longer day of arrival and departure. Other than that, it was great and we had an awesome time! Pickleball court, pool and grill, outdoor area was very nice to have!”

”This is a wonderful property that had everything we needed for our weekend stay in Ogunquit. It is very clean, well-organized and exactly as described in the listing. The location is great- 5 minute’s walk to Perkins Cove. Check-in, check-out, parking and directions were clear and easy. To make it even better, our host Gloria was incredibly generous, kind and a clear communicator. We highly recommend this listing and hope to return again.”

”This place is a little piece of heaven. Everything about it was wonderful. Fully furnished suite with everything you need away from home. Toaster, wine glasses, washer dryer. Everything. One block from an awesome beach and a two minute walk from the Boardwalk. The place was clean, safe and quiet. And dog friendly. My dog loved the deck and was a little busy body watching everything going on. Will most definately stay again. ”

”We had a great stay at Hampton. The cottage was set back from the street so we didn't hear any noise or traffic at all which was a huge plus. The house was perfect for us and Gary was responsive to any questions that we had. ”

”Great cottage with all the amenities you could ask for, excellent location. We didn't understand how to use the TV but we were there for the beach so that was fine. The hotel staff was so nice and helpful.”

”The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.”
