”DO NOT BOOK HERE. ILLEGAL BOOKINGS. Where to start. It’s absolutely not a hotel. Firstly, it’s illegal. There’s signs everywhere. It’s crazy that hotels.com advertise them. You don’t even get access to the pool, despite them using it in their pictures. They don’t offer any help with check in, it’s really backward. The key was difficult to locate and just in an unlocked postbox. The room was a mess with sticky stuff all over the floor. And to top it off there’s no working air con, roadworks...

”Everything is clean and the vibe is really nice in my first impression. Staff is also very friendly. However, when I received my room, it is not right with whatever show on the website. There is a few things were broken in the room but the hotel didn't check before they let their guest to stay there. My bathroom has broken door handles, they knew it but they didn't fix it. Also, the water is hot during the day time but night time is not. Hope they will improve better in the future. ”
