”The property is exactly as described. Very nicely appointed, perfectly clean and in a good location. It can be noisey at the weekend due to its proximity to a nightclub, but it didn't affect us during our weekend stay. We would certainly return again.”

”Amazing view but otherwise left much to be desired. There are about 20 steep steps with narrow treads down to the apartment. Carrying luggage up and down was very challenging particularly as Torquay is not the kind of resort that attracts younger guests. Street parking is a lottery with not sufficient spaces for the large number of apartments. ”This was our 3rd stay at the Muntham Appartments (6th stay with Torquay holiday Lettings in total) & was fantastic as always. Grant & Adam always make us feel very welcome and valued guests. ”Do not stay here if you're a little on the large size (over size 18?) or shorter than 6ft tall. The kitchen cupboards are so high we could not reach china etc on the top shelf and yes I am a little on the large size (size 24) and to get to the loo the passage way is so narrow that I had to walk sideways like a crab! otherwise the apartment is fine, decor and fittings are really lovely and the use of space has been well designed. ”We have stayed at Astor house before so we came back to the same apartment. They had upgraded the sofas to recliners which was a nice surprise. The apartment itself is easy to get to clean and Torquay town centre is a short walk away. It has a great view over the beach side of Torquay and the area is quiet. The place is clean and well maintained and the host kindly provided some biscuits and milk. I would highly recommend this place.”
