In fact, we probably were slightly above the stated capacity of the house, but our hostess Laurie was very communicative and responsive. A bonus was the property connects to Bessie Woods and we were able to go for a hike on the trails without even having to leave the property. If you love quiet and the sounds of nature, this is the perfect place for you. We can’t wait to stay there again soon.”

”This was the most amazing VRBO yet! The host was eager to help in any way possible, and was very easy to communicate with. The house itself was so comfortable and clean. The pool house was NEXT level! Our children and grandchildren were in that pool all day. The outdoor kitchen was magazine beautiful. ”What a beautiful location on Kinderhook Lake. When you aren’t on the water, you will want to enjoy viewing the lake from the nice sized deck or from the dining table on the windowed porch. I traveled with my two young adult children and pup. The cottage was the perfect size for us. WiFi was great, one of us had to work a day while there. We kayaked every morning and evening, the provided kayaks were wonderful. There is plenty to explore on the 350 acre lake, saw bald eagles every day right near...

”Cute ground floor one bedroom in a brownstone with fresh decor and ample space. Clean and welcoming with easy checkin/checkout. No communication issues and I booked at the last minute. Space has outdoor area and is stocked for basic cooking with extras like coffee pods and tea bags. Easy walking distance to downtown in quiet safe neighborhood. Found street parking easily on a holiday weekend. Would definitely stay again.”
