”Family reunion with 5 adults and 2 teenagers, we had an amazing time! The beds were all very comfortable, plenty of room to sleep with clean nice pillows and linens. They have everything to enjoy the outdoors, lawn games, beach equipment, a nice charcoal grill, we literally spent all our time outside! We would love to come back next year!”

”Ken was an awesome host. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The house is a stone's throw away from the water, which was exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely stay here again.”

The location was very convenient—just minutes from the family we were visiting—and the included admission to the nearby blueberry farm was a wonderful bonus.We all enjoyed picking blueberries and the kids had fun playing in the play area with a zip line, visiting the chicken coop, and checking out the unique treehouse restaurant on-site. ”Very nice, well kept older apartment. Spotlessly clean. Had everything I needed and more - thoughtful touches. Great location - close to Interstate, Downtown Buffalo, Lake Erie shore and Niagara Falls. Appreciated A/C. Remodeled modern kitchen with all appliances. Pleasant, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely return again!”

”We had a great stay at the house. We had 7 adults, 2 toddlers and 2dogs in our group. We were in town for a family wedding. The house has 5 bedrooms, each with its own private bath, which made getting ready for the wedding really convenient. There was plenty of parking and a nice yard for the dogs. The host was easy to work with and provided all the sheets and plenty of towels. We were very pleased with our stay!”
