”The location is in a very quiet neighborhood. Not much for food options there, but the next town of Herkimer has some. As for the kitchen, the fridge had bottles of water, which was a nice touch. Also, there was ice in the freezer- thank you for that. The host was pretty good at communicating. The apartment had just enough space for our family of six. ”This actually is a luxurious 2 bedroom loft as described and shown. 2 Beautiful bedrooms, with 2 beautiful bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen- pots, pans, plates and utensils, basic spices, refrigerator, dishwasher. 12 foot ceilings, lovely couches and views. Washer and dryer. Great central location. Walking distance to so many things. What a great place to stay. Professional Hostess, easy and secure access.”

We were in t property around 4:30pm on a hurry to check in n change for a wedding, but it came out we couldn’t get in , cause t host forgot we r coming n didn’t prepare t place. Other than that problem it was quite good n well maintained place.”

”The location was great as our son is at SUNY Polytechnic. The drive to campus, and other locations in Utica, were all about (10) minutes from everything. The space is comfortable for no more than two people. Michael, the host, was easy to communicate with via the VRBO app or email. The floor of the shower was a little "squishy". Otherwise, it worked for the two day visit to the area. Thanks!”
