”The cabin was great! Very comfy and cozy. Easy to get to, but nice and private, too. Convieniently located, too.”

It's true that wifi is sporadic but there is a landline if necessary. We incurred a slight problem and the owners were right on top of it. Communication with us was wonderful through out the entire process and it was rectified same day. The screened in porch was enjoyed by everyone (6) at all times of day thanks to the ceiling fan. ”Great place- cozy and clean! River was low so we couldn’t kayak or float on it but went to Northampton Beach as recommended by owner! Beautiful beach! Place does not have foil, plastic wrap or much for storage not many spices or condiments so plan accordingly. Everything else was great! Also be aware, as I missed, they charge extra for more than 2 people. ”

”Our family had the best time at Ruby Hill. Gorgeous location perfect for rest, connecting with each other and enjoying the outdoors. The cabin was immaculate. Every inch was perfectly clean. We didn't even see any bugs inside, which is so impressive for a cabin in the woods. Everything you need is there. Only thing is the description said there would be a double bed, 2 twins and a double futon. There was no futon, but there was a single cot, which worked ok for us, but some people may end up...

”First of all, this place is just gorgeous. The decor, cleanliness and cozy feel can't be beat. Yes, the lack of running water is challenging, but I had a warm shower each day and even managed to shave. Cooking, washing and showering just took longer. I wasn't in a rush. My only complaint is the incinerator toilet. I think my bladder is just too large, so caution there. Otherwise, it worked well. The communication was rapid and effective. I'd stay here again for sure!”

”A wonderful Adirondack themed home in the woods. The home was well stocked and had everything we needed. Convenient location to Lake George village. Gore Mountain was a short ride away. We loved having a campfire at night. The porch and deck was a favorite gathering place for us. ”

”Perfect little place to stay right on the lake. 3 bedrooms all with comfy beds. We didn’t spend much time in the house but it was a good base for us to explore the local area a bit and mostly spend time on the lake. Lake access is right across the street. The street isn’t too busy so we had no problem crossing down to the lake. Chairs, a fire pit and some kayaks and a canoe were provided by the lake. Views were great! Hosts were very responsive and check in/check out very easy. Would stay again!...
