”The large family room area was perfect for a large group! We spent hours together spread between the huge couch and very large family dining table for meals and games. The view of the river from there was perfect for watching large ships pass. Doug was both amenable and kind. ”

”Amazing house. Perfect for our family size (12 adults and 3 children). Great location conveniently between Clayton and Alex Bay. Dock was great for bringing a boat with easy access to the river. It was everything we needed. ”

”The place is practically new, inside and out. The kitchen is well furnished with all the cookwear, pots and pans, dishes and silverware anyone could possibly want or need, Parking is available for a truck and a boat, in fact there’s room for two such rigs in the driveway. Kevin is a gracious host and was over quickly to help get the TV working (we’re technically challenged). We’ll be back!!”

”This cabin had everything we needed. This was a nice getaway for us. We are from Rochester New York. So getting away from the city life was so peaceful and relaxing. We have already discussed a friends weekend and renting both cabins. Thanks for the great place to stay.”

”We enjoyed the rental very much and the location was excellent in a quiet area. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck and down by the waterfront in the evening. Our only complaint would be the window air conditioning units not quite keeping the bedroom cool, but that wouldn’t keep us from staying here again!”

”The house has beautiful views and is very spacious. The host was very communicative and the place was a wonderful deal. The hot water has a very bad aroma, sulfur I believe, and it would be nice if it could be filtered in a way to remove the smell. The outside temps got up to about 80 and the loft area got very warm making it a little difficult for the guest who was up there to sleep. A/C was not a listed amenity so this inconvenience was entirely on me. Overall a wonderful experience and I...

”Whitney is a great host! This apartment is much bigger than the pictures make it appear. The kitchen is awesome, the marina docks are well maintained and there’s power at each one with a regular 110 volt outlet, no need for an adapter. ”This property was awesome! Stayed with some co-workers for a fishing charter trip. House was clean and fit 5 people comfortably. Met the people at the rental house next door and made new friends. Property has a bunch of firepits with awesome view of the sunset over Boldt Castle. The owners were great to communicate with and very accommodating. We are hoping to have the entire office stay at the Ledges for next year's fishing trip.”

Extremely well appointed in terms of kitchenware etc. in general it is clear the owners have looked to make this as pleasant an experience for guests as possible. Great recommendations in the book left for guests etc. Highly recommend. ”

”Was a fantastic experience from the start. Communication was top notch, the house was extremely clean and organized and had a lot more things than I would expect to accommodate the time there. Property was close enough to anything you want to do but far enough that you could relax outside without hearing anything. Will stay here again without a doubt!!”
