”This property was perfect for hosting family for our son's wedding at Emerson Park. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Great porches to sit and visit with a view of the lake. Multiple indoor living spaces too. Great find!”

”The property is ideal for small children, lots of room to play outside, the lake is assessable and shallow for a good distance from the shore.The kitchen is well equipped for large family meals.There are interesting places to go and see There are 6 bedrooms and sufficient beds for the listed number of visitors.It is a comfortable, but not fancy property.It fully met our expectations.”

”We had a wonderful time! The kids were happy splashing in the shallow water, and husband was thrilled to be able to have our boat on hand at the dock. Everything in the house was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and we hope to visit again soon!”

”Pros - The accommodations were roomy and spotless and modern! The grounds were a golf course and beautifully manicured. Close to the fishing, quiet, nice views. Although I didn't use it, the huge fire pit is a win! The restaurant was fine. I will definitely use this place again!!Cons - The barmaid could use a course in hospitality. They thought that they should tell me how my review should be rated. I found that a bit off putting. Definitely a fine place for a weekend or a week!”

”What a lovely cozy little stay. Just perfect to allow us to get to an early hockey game the next morning! Just make sure to know that Googlemaps does not lead you to the right entrance. The actual driveway is 100 yards down the road. Thanks to Sarah for guiding us to the entrance!We can’t wait to come back! ”

”Our visit to the treehouse was amazing. Our host's provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay. They paid so much attention to every single detail. Even left us robs to use! We did go out to Beak & Skiff and visited a couple of the local waterfalls but couldn't wait to get back to have a drink on the swing by the babbling brook. So pretty at night with everything lit up! Such a relaxing vacation and when it was time for bed the sounds of the owls and brook were like a lullaby! ”

”This property was perfect for our long weekend getaway with two couples, two dogs, and an infant! Plenty of space inside, clean, and comfortable. The deck is particularly special! We made good use of the fire pit as well. It's location is fantastic: right on the lake, 30-ish minutes from Ithaca, and close to some amazing hikes, wineries, breweries, cider houses, etc. The owners provided excellent information and were very communicative. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it...

”Love the old homes with the super high ceilings! They have a lot of class and charm. Everything was in walking distance. Would highly recommend the Balloons restaurant, for their top notch service and food. If you want see the historical sites in town, check the sites online info. Some sites and restaurants have limited availability in the winter months. ”

”Adorable cottage. Right on the lake, great lake views. Besides all the amenities inside, they provide a grill, fire pit and wood, picnic tables, outdoor furniture. It was the perfect vacation spot.”

”We stayed here for our wedding weekend with our groomsmen and friends. The property was beautiful and the game room/bar/theater was fun to hang out in. Sitting on the porch in the morning with coffee was relaxing. We were too late in the year but I love that you could use the dock and bring your own boat. ”

”Amazing little cottage in the lake! Just as described in the listing. The host was very communicative and responded to questions quickly. The area was calm and peaceful just like we wanted, but any activities weren’t that far away to drive. The boat rental place was just down the road which was also convenient for fishing. Amazing sunset views and the hosts little attention to detail made for a relaxing, stress free stay. Would definitely book again! ”
