”My family of 5 absolutely loved our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. My 3 boys thought the path through the woods to the park and lake was the coolest thing they had ever seen. We played disc golf, went fishing, and spent hours on the shoreline finding sea glass and keepsake rocks. When we returned back to the house each day, exhausted but happy, we had a safe and comfortable place to relax and recoup for the next day’s adventures. Communication with Barbara was easy and quick. Every...

”My mom and I greatly enjoyed our stay! It was clean, cute, cozy and comfortable. Had everything we needed and in close proximity to Niagara Falls State Park. James was a wonderful host and very responsive during our visit. Checking in when we first arrived and consistently through out our stay. He also came to the rescue when we needed him! 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable affordable place to stay for Niagara falls getaway!!”

”Clean house, clean linens and towels were provided. Body Wash, dish soap, hand soap, k-cups, paper towels, shampoo, and toilet paper were provided and plentiful. The central air was fabulous. It is an older house and does need a little work but it's a nice place to stay and is close to the places we visited. We didn't have any issues finding the house and the neighbors were quiet. Locals do tend to walk in the street rather than on the sidewalks. We had a pleasant stay. Thank you!”

”The place is cute and well located. Lots of ACs to beat the heat. I thought the mattress was great, but the pillows are still flat and the furniture is a chore to sit on. There is nowhere to put anything in the bathroom, it would be so easy to put shelves by the mirror or even a shelf over the toilet. This makes getting ready or doing anything in the bathroom much harder than it should be. Things that have all been mentioned before. The coded doors are easy to use and street parking is not a...

”We had no issues whatsoever. The instructions from the host were crystal clear to the extent that we never needed to contact them at all. The description of the place on VRBO from the host is spot on. The place was super clean and very conveniently located, close to everything, outlet shopping, the Falls, grocery shopping, other state parks, etc. the street is really quiet, we absolutely loved the quiet nights. I really do not know how it could get better!”

”Have to rank as just okay given the as advertised elements were met and we did enjoy the proximity to the sites. However, it is part of a row of houses that are abandoned and in disrepair making it very unappealing from the exterior (no offense intended for permanent residents on the block). There is no light alongside the house leading to the back to the uneven wood steps at the entrance. We had daily feral cats visiting our porch. There were no table lights just glaring ceiling lights and...

”The house was in a very quiet neighborhood and was very nicely decorated. Transportation was only a phone call away. We were located very close to several points of interest. The owner had a very helpful list of restaurants, entertainment, as well as activities. All House Rules and everything you needed to know for your stay were arranged neatly in a notebook, so there was no question about expectations. I would definitely stay there again. Very approachable owner, with a great sense of...

19. West Inn on Weston - suuri perheille

Niagara Falls

”The house was clean and generally as described, and we appreciated the overall stay. However, there are a few areas that could be improved: 1. Linens and towels: There were not enough bed sheets and towels for the number of guests. It seemed that the guests sleeping on the couch may have been overlooked when preparing the linens. 2. Kitchen supplies: The kitchenware was quite old, and some of the pots and pans were noticeably scratched. Replacing them with a newer set, along with providing...
