”My family and I stayed here for the weekend for a family wedding and it was wonderful. The hosts were very responsive, the place was very clean, and the outdoor setting was really beautiful. It was such a relaxing setting. If we're in the area again, we'd definitely stay here. ”

”This is an "upgraded" camping experience! A peaceful setting for outdoor living, exceptionally private. Super convenient to Minnewaska. Everything you need amd exactly as described, plenty of seating for a larger group and sleeping tent/yurt makes inclement weather less of a concern than a regular tent or backpacking setup. Definitely stay here!”

We really appreciated their suggestions of hikes and places to visit. We actually had our trip planned out before, but changed it due to their suggestions. We had NO regrets. ”Place is exactly how it looks! Great location between New Paltz, Kingston, Woodstock. We unfortunately had inconsiderate neighbors that forced us leave early, but Frank was incredibly gracious and made it up to us. Would stay again. ”

”Property was very clean and nicely decorated. There isn’t really a living room to hang out. Very difficult for 3 adults to all hang out together. When I booked I was more concerned about the sleeping area so I assumed there was a living room. The guest suite is in the basement of home in a nice neighborhood.”

”Had a great experience at this spacious, clean property. Just needed a place to spend the night halfway through a long trip and this spot was perfect. Wish we had time to see the area, but the house was beautiful. ”

”The property was great minus a tonnn of bugs that fly in but you’re in the woods and there’s a fly swatter provided. There were a decent amount of large ants though that we also had to kill (at least ten) all over the unit. What was unfortunate was that on the second night a really loud alarm went off twice at 3 am and 4am. I was traveling with young children so obviously this was not great. I reached out to the property manager to ask what it was…I didn’t know if it was a break in or a carbon...

”We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Hudson Valley retreat! The space was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a peaceful getaway. Communication with the owner was warm, prompt, and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. Highly recommend for anyone. ”
