”This is a perfect place for a large group to stay and not get bored! Lots of space inside and out. Super clean, and well maintained. The host replied to my messages super quick! Totally recommend this property!”

”This property was just what we needed for our trip. It was secluded and so quiet. Our family enjoyed the decor and cozy feel! It was close to bethel wood where we attended a concert. Our puppy enjoyed her stay as well. She felt right at home! Host was easy to contact and down to earth. Will definitely stay here in the future! ”The host was very courteous and let me know everytime she would be unavailable, if she was unavailable she still had someone able to be reached for any issues. The house was nice and the process was very easy for checking in and out, there is a lot of open space and room for activities. Not a lot of places to visit around the house but the house is for sure the highlight if you are wanting to make the trip to Monticello. Nice house for groups and events.”

”Cabin is well stocked with EVERYTHING you could need for a river trip and cabin vacation. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there were games hiden all over the home as well as a full basement with washer and dryer. The yard was stocked with kayaks, canoes, and wood for the camp fire! The host was patient, kind, and accommodating on every level and I would move in there in a heartbeat. I cannot wait to book again next summer or even maybe for a winter stay!”

”Unfortunately we had a very short stay, but beautiful area, house was nice, comfortable furnishings, the bed’s head raised, which was wonderful and a nice surprise, and loved the colorful rug. We would return to this adorable, quiet, peaceful, beautiful, rustic place. ”

”This is a long overdue review. We booked this as a goof, thinking it would be some wacky disaster that might lead to a good story. Instead, we were blown away by how awesome it is. The cabins are small, so don't ignore the descriptions. They're a place to sleep and keep your stuff. That's by design. The rest of the property is beautiful with a shared outdoor seating area and cabin porches that foster community with fellow travelers and then separate outdoor gathering areas for the other...

”We had a great stay! For the price, you can't beat it having lake front rental with kayaks. Nice views of the lake. Very peaceful. 15-40mins away from great hiking. It was private; sometimes we heard neighbors, but rarely. House on a main road and would hear road noise, but if no cars passing, then it was quiet. We used the kayaks, and I brought my paddleboard. Life jackets were provided. There were a lot of lily pads and the pictures must be older. On the small lake, there was a trail...
