”Poor communication. No Air conditioning in the room. Maintenance won't answer calls after knowing the air was not blowing. There is no desk person to talk to. Shawn, Kellie, and Samantha would just lie to you to get you go away. Promised refunds every few days only to find out they were just blowing smoke. Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible experience”

”Many things about the property were not as promised. For example, the ice machine and washing machine did not work at all.
Communication with the host was opaque. They sent all Expedia messages as attachments. The checkout instructions were inaccurate.
I brought all issues to attention of the host but they never resolved any of them.”

”The property is superb and well equipped. Perfect for entertaining with the wide-open living areas. Nice location as well near high-end shopping and dining. Drew was the perfect host, providing all the necessary details to access the property and local advice.
